Rachel and Josh’s Winter Wedding

Filed in Wedding — March 18, 2017

Before I get too deep into this year’s wedding season I wanted to look back at some of the weddings I did in 2016.  Rachel and Josh got married at the Madison Club on 1/2/16 and I was the officiant.  But what a delight to see these photos that Audre Rae Photography took of them in front of Grace Episcopal Church where I work as the wedding coordinator as well.

If you’d like to see more photos from this wedding, check out this link:

What does Koru mean?

KORU (kor-roo) is the Maori word for “loop.” For the indigenous people of New Zealand, the koru spiral represents a fern frond beginning to unfurl. The koru symbol embodies new beginnings, a new phase of life, renewal, hope for the future, positive change, personal growth, working in harmony, bringing people together, and being mindful of the good things in life.

At Koru Ceremony, we strive to personify these ideals and celebrate a new beginning through ceremony and ritual.
