It was a beautiful day for these two people to begin their new life together as husband and wife. I was honored to be a part of their special day and help them celebrate their love in a ceremony that was perfect for them! Congratulations to you both!! Rev. Sarah
You couldn't have asked for better weather for an August wedding today. It was perfect and so was the fantastic wedding at The Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake, WI with Kelsey and Kyle- truly an honor to marry such a sweet and adorable couple!
Loved, loved, loved the wedding ceremony I officiated for Sasha and Jimmy last Saturday at the State Historical Society on the UW Campus Library Mall. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Who knew that macrame is back in style? I fell in love with their macrame wall hanging that defined the space. They also used a rug and other pieces from their home to help define the space where they stood during the ceremony. And how clever to use gold picture frames for reserved seating. But most of all, Sasha and Jimmy really put effort into making the ceremony itself be unique and one-of-a-kind. Such a joy to work with this amazing and beautiful couple!
Love these photos that Danielle Renee Photography recently sent me from Tanner and Samantha's wedding I officiated at The Creamery 201 in Fort Atkinson, WI. This was Danielle's first official wedding as a wedding photography! Wow! She knocked it out of the park! Beautiful images of a beautiful couple!!
Thank you Josh and Dorothy for writing this heartfelt review for Amy on both The Knot and Wedding Wire.
"We didn't know what to expect when searching for a wedding officiant. Not only was Rev. Amy Gile from Koru professional, and easy to work with, but we felt like she was actually part of our family/group. Her choices of different scripts to use were outstanding. She helped us to put the best ceremony together, based on our personalities, and love for each other. We also had several guests comment how well spoken, and warm her tone was. I would highly recommend Rev. Amy to anyone wanting the perfect ceremony done by a wonderful person." Josh & Dorothy, 8/2/19
It was an honor to do a blessing for this very sweet 3-year old, who's nickname is "Stunner". Such a beautiful and wonderful family to work with.
Today I had the honor of officiating Samantha and Tanner's wedding at The Creamery 201 in Fort Atkinson, WI. This was the first time I officiated a wedding at this amazing venue.
I love when couples incorporate their personality into the ceremony. For example, instead of having traditional exchange of ring vows, they used a line that Star Wars fans will recognize as the part when Leia says to Hans Solo, "I love you" and his response back to her is, "I know." People laughed and then they followed up with having their wedding cake also using the same Star Wars reference.
Another personalized element was including Samantha's daughter, Sophia, in the ceremony. After the ring exchange they shared vows with her and gave her a beautiful necklace. Such a sweet and endearing moment for an adorable family! Wishing them all the best in the years ahead.
